Bathrooms are as important parts of houses as kitchens or bedrooms. They require constant renovation and maintenance. Bathroom appliances have to be reliable so that a house is not unexpectedly flooded or a bathtub leaks and makes it impossible to wash. Water pipelines should not freeze or fuse and the like. To avoid these unpleasant moments one should be careful when choosing equipment and service suppliers.
Company profile. Bathfitters was established in 1984 in Montreal, Canada. It began as a family business of the Cotton brothers. And today it is a leader in manufacturing of acrylic shower bases, bathtub liners and walls in the North America. The company specializes in production, sales and installment of shower bases, bathtubs, bath and shower walls, tub and shower doors, domed ceilings, and a great number of accessories. Bathfitters also offers installation and repairing services. The goods are shipped directly to the retailers.
Customers’ reports. What is worse poor quality of goods or awful services? It is the controversial question. In case with Bathfitters the situation is the following – the company provides equipment of high quality which is backed by horrible installment service personnel who manage to spoil other equipment in the household. They do not carry any responsibility for what and how they do their job. Improper installation, work that remains unfinished for several weeks, lack of experience of the personnel, empty promises and deceptive information – this is the advertisement the company should provide. Although the quality of the equipment is quite high. But what do you need a good toilet sink for if it stands in the corner of a closet and has no outlet to sewerage system? And one more thing, the company is not afraid to lose its clients. the reverse tendency is observed. It is not the customers that do not come back, it is the company who does not serve those client who cause it too much trouble. It seems that managers have not yet heard about customer care policy.
